Welcome to GreatSpeaks. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GreatSpeaks mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by GreatSpeaks (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

GreatSpeaks offers Premium subscriptions that provide full access to all content and features. Subscription options include:

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and changes will apply to subsequent billing periods.

5.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by GreatSpeaks and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Historical Speeches

Many speeches in our collection are in the public domain. Our audio recordings, narrations, and curated compilations are original works protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our recordings without permission.

5.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREATSPEAKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreatSpeaks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GreatSpeaks regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
